Kindly don your finest Regency-inspired attire and prepare to indulge in delightful company and an afternoon of elegance, entertainment (opera singer and violinist) and merriment.

GRAND TEA MENU

1. Welcome Glass of Champagne or Effervescent Lemonade

2. Starters with Caviar Blini and ChareuterTEA Cups

3. Lunch with your selected Pot of Hot Tea

  1. Four Tea Sandwiches (Egg Salad with Capers, Cream Cheese with Cucumber and Dill, Smoked Salmon and Brie, Ham & Havarti)

  2. Lemon Scone and Crumpet (with accoutrement: Devonshire cream, lemon curd & jam)

  3. Seasonal Fruit and Poppy Seed Salad

  4. Sweet Desserts (Rosewater Shortbread Cookie, Petit Four, Chocolate Profiterole, Lemon Tart, Macaron)

Time 11 AM to 2 PM
