Join us for a relaxed and charming evening of introductions, conversation, and delightful moments of connection!

Ladies will remain seated at their tables while the gentlemen rotate every FOUR minutes — just enough time for conversation, smiles, and a sprinkle of romantic possibility.

No pressure, just good company, laughter, and the cozy magic of

Limited seating (7 Gals and 7 Guys)

(Note: three separate age groupings. Advanced Identification required)

• Friday 5:30-6:30pm (25-35 year olds) 

• Saturday 4-5pm (35-55 year olds) 

• Sunday 4-5pm (56+ years)

 Basic Setup

• 7 Tables total

• One gal sits at their assigned table for the entire event

• Guys will rotate to seven tables in numerical order 

• Time at each table: 4 minutes

• 30 seconds for guys to walk to next table.

 Flow of the Event

Arrival / Check-In

• Welcome Sparkling Cider upon arrival. 

• Guests sign in

• Distribute:

• A name tag and number (Men: M1–M7, Ladies: L1-L7) and assign gals their designated table.

• A score/interest card & pen and "prompt cards".

• Guys pick a teacup 

Opening Welcome

•Explain Rules: No phones, No politics

During Rounds

• Entire event is just 60 minutes made for fun and possibilities.

* Rounds last total of 30 minutes: Timed by gentle chime (at start, 30 second wrap up, and end of each round)

After 7 Rounds

• Optional Tea and Cookies Socializing on the back patio

Conversation Guidelines

Encourage:

• Light introductions

• Curiosity

• Fun questions (Example: “Tea or coffee?”, “Dream vacation?”, “Favorite comfort movie?”). We will provide some prompt cards just in case you want them.

Discourage:

• Oversharing trauma

• Medical, politics, heavy money talk

• Interviews or interrogations

• Talking only about yourself

Safety & Comfort is our PRIORITY

• No one owes personal contact information

• Exchange contact information only if both parties agree

• If anyone feels uncomfortable:

• please quietly let staff know (and we will quickly and discreetly handle this)

 Time Table Example :

• 5:30 Guests arrive, Sparkling Cider & Name Tags etc.

• 5:45– Opening Welcome & instructions

• 6:00– Dating rounds begin

• Each round 4 minutes + 1 minute switch

• DONE BY 6:30pm (All tables complete in 35 minutes)

• Optional 6:35 to 7pm -Social on the Back Patio with tea and sweet treats
